Week 6 Draftkings Cash Game Breakdown
Week 6 DraftKings Cash Game Breakdown
Cash games take a bit of a different approach. We only need to finish in the top half of finishing positions. The goal is to get the safest floor with a bit of upside for the cheapest price. Ownership is an afterthought. I tend to look for the most guaranteed touches from the RBs and WR. A floor is just as important as a players upside in cash. If there’s value on the slate at WR I’ll play the top RBs otherwise I’m looking for the most touches in the mid range. Cash games are a great way to build your bankroll and stay profitable long term.
I will say that you should ALWAYS enter your cash lineups into a GPP. Believe me it is not fun coming 1st in a double up and winning the same amount as the person who came in 2,000th when you would’ve won a GPP.
QB
Joe Burrow $6,300
This price is too low for Burrow. He’s thrown the 3rd most passes this season despite not being 100% health wise. Seattle is allowing 305 passing yards per game which is 2nd most in the league. The Bengals have a 24.75 implied team total at home.
Matthew Stafford $6,100
Stafford has thrown the 2nd most passes in the NFL and is averaging 290 yards a game. He has an incredible floor and TDs have been the only thing keeping the ceiling down. Now that Kuppbis back I’d expect that to change especially with how much they throw the ball. Arizona has allowed the 5th most passing yards and the Rams have the 2nd highest implied team total on the slate.
Gardner Minshew $5,000
A starting QB at $5k sounds pretty good for cash. The Jaguars have allowed the 3rd most passing yards in the league. It doesn’t take much analysis if you want a pay down option Minshew is the guy. He can pay off this price with only 15 points.
RB
David Montgomery $7,300
Over the last two weeks Montgomery has averaged 25.5 rush attempts, 115 yards and two TDs. With Gibbs still banged up it should be the Montgomery show once again. Tampa has allowed 4.9 yards per carry to opposing RBs this season.
Raheem Mostert $6,400
Mostert has a safe role in one of the most efficient offenses in the league. With Achane out that certainly won’t change. He’s averaging 14.6 touches per game and already has eightbtotal TDs. Miami has the highest implied team total and is almost a two TD favorite. Carolina has allowed 5.2 yards per carry and is tied for the most rushing TDs allowed to opposing RBs.
Joe Mixon $6,300
It hasn’t been pretty for Mixon but he’s still getting all of the work in this backfield. Averaging 16.8 rush attempts and 2.6 catches a game. It’s hard to find that workload at such an affordable price.
D’Onta Foreman $4,400
Roschon Johnson is still in concussion protocol and won’t play in this game. Foreman will be the bell cow for the Bears. We’ve seen him be productive in the past and its not often we get a starting RB this cheap.
Chuba Hubbard $4,300
Hubbard is also in play with Miles Sanders being out.

WR
Cooper Kupp $9,000
Kupp came back and instantly saw 12 targets. Stafford has thrown the 2nd most passes and Kupp will likely see double digit targets in every game. Arizona has allowed the 5th most receptions, 4th most yards and 12.5 yards per reception to opposing WRs.Puka Nacua $8,000 is also in play if you’re looking to save money but likely doesn’t have the upside of Kupp.
JaMarr Chase $8,300
If Higgins has to sit again Chase is probably a lock and likely too cheap. Without Higgins in the lineup Chase saw 19 targets last week. Over his last three games he has a 36% target share and leads the league in targets and receptions.
Adam Thielen $5,900
Over the last three weeks Thielen has the 4th most targets and 2nd most receptions. Over that span he’s averaging 9.7 receptions for 109 yards. He’s had at least seven receptions in four straight games and has scored three TDs over that span.
Christian Kirk $5,400
It looks like Zay Jones will miss thisbgame which only helps Kirk’s target share. Over the last four weeks Kirk is averaging 10 targets and over 80 receiving yards per game. The Colts have allowed almost double the amount of points to slot WRs than outside WRs whichbis where Kirk spends the most of his snaps.
Marquise Brown $5,300
Brown has at least four catches in each of his last four games and has scored a TD in three of them. He has a 30% target share since Week 2 and has the 6th most air yards over that span. As heavy underdogs on the road the Cardinals should be throwing a lot.
Josh Downs $4,100
There is a serious lack of value at WR on the slate. Downs seems to have a connection with Minshew. He had eight receptions on 12 targets when Minshew started in Week 3 and had another six receptions last week. The Jaguars are bottom ten in yards allowed to opposing WRs and have allowed the 3rd most TDs to opposing WRs.
TE
Zach Ertz $3,600
Ertz has a 22.4% target share and the 5th most targets among TEs this season. The Rams are bottom five in points allowed to opposing TEs.
Logan Thomas $3,500
As long as Thomas is healthy he’s been productive. He has 40 yards or a TD in every healthy game this year. He had 11 targets last week. Atlanta has allowed the 2nd most points to opposing TEs.
DEF
DET $2,700
NE $2,600
