Week 4 DraftKings Cash Game Breakdown
Cash games take a bit of a different approach. We only need to finish in the top half of finishing positions. The goal is to get the safest floor with a bit of upside for the cheapest price. Ownership is an afterthought. I tend to look for the most guaranteed touches from the RBs and WR. A floor is just as important as a players upside in cash. If there’s value on the slate at WR I’ll play the top RBs otherwise I’m looking for the most touches in the mid range. Cash games are a great way to build your bankroll and stay profitable long term.
I will say that you should ALWAYS enter your cash lineups into a GPP even if its a small one. Believe me it is not fun coming 1st in a double up and winning the same amount as the person who came in 2,000th when you could’ve won a GPP.
QB
Kyler Murray $6,800
Kyler’s rushing provides an safe floor. He’s run for at least 45 yards in three straight games. Washington has allowed the 2nd most passing yards, 2nd most passing yards per attempt and a ridiculous league high 9 passing TDs.
Jayden Daniels $6,500
Daniels provides a safe floor with his legs as well. His rushing TD upside adds a nice ceiling also. He has at least 10 carries in each of his first three games and is averaging 57 rush yards per game. He’s coming off the best passing performance of his young career throwing for 254 yards and two TDs. This game has the highest total on the board and should be a great environment in a dome.
RB
Jordan Mason $6,700
Mason wasn’t incredible last week but is still getting an elite workload. He had 19 carries and leads the league in carries. The 49ers are heavy favorites at home and he should get plenty of work again. This salary is too low for the workload he’s getting.
Brian RobinsonJr $6,100
Robinson has averaged 15 carries through the first three games and that number could increase with Austin Ekeler out with a concussion. Robinson also has the 3rd most carries inside the 10-yard line. Arizona has allowed the 8th most points to opposing RBs this season.
Chuba Hubbard $5,700
Last week, Chuba had 21 carries and went over 100 yards on the ground. He added another five receptions for 55 yards and a TD. He has ten total targets over the last two weeks and has caught nine of them. He’s averaging over five yards per carry. This game has the 2nd highest total on the slate.
Cam Akers $5,300
If Pierce and Mixon can’t go again then Akers is in play. The matchup and game environment should be better than last week as heavy favorites at home.
WR
Rashee Rice $7,300
Rice has a 34% target share and 30% targets per route run. With the KC offense refusing to throw the ball deep, Rice is feasting on his shirt and intermediate routes. He leads the league in receptions and leads the league in yards after the catch.
Nico Collins $7,200
Nico has back to back games with 10 targets and has seen at least eight targets in every game. He has a 26% target share and leads the league in receiving yards. He’s averaging 18.8 yards per reception. The Jags allowed four TDs through the air last week and have allowed the 3rd most yards through the air this season.
Brandon Aiyuk $6,400
Although the results weren’t what we wanted, Aiyuk still had ten targets. Deebo returned to practice on a limited basis but will likely miss this game. Jennings isn’t going to score three times every week and I like Aiyuk’s chances to turn his target share into some better production this week.
Diontae Johnson $5,600
Johnson went off last week for 8122 yards and a TD receptions on 14 targets for 122 yards and a TD. Adam Thielen is on the IR so he should receive some heavy target volume going forward. The Bengals just allowed a career high through the air to Jayden Daniels on Monday night.
Darnell Mooney $4,400
There’s a lack of WR value on the slate so Iblike Mooney. Mooney has a 23% target share and they’ve been manufacturing touches for him. He leads the team in receiving and air yards.

Dallas Goedert $5,100
The Eagles literally have nobody else.
Brenton Strange $3,100
Strange is my preferred cheap option this week. He has target Totals of five and six the last two weeks. He scored a TD last week and had 65 yards two weeks ago. Both are good enough to pay off this salary in Cash.
