Week 4 Draftkings Cash Game Breakdown
Week 4 Draftkings Cash Game Breakdown
Cash games take a bit of a different approach. We only need to finish in the top half of finishing positions. The goal is to get the safest floor with a bit of upside for the cheapest price. Ownership is an afterthought. I tend to look for the most guaranteed touches from the RBs and WR. A floor is just as important as a players upside in cash. If there’s value on the slate at WR I’ll play the top RBs otherwise I’m looking for the most touches in the mid range. Cash games are a great way to build your bankroll and stay profitable long term.
I will say that you should ALWAYS enter your cash lineups into a GPP. Believe me it is not fun coming 1st in a double up and winning the same amount as the person who came in 2,000th when you would’ve won a GPP.

QB
Justin Herbert $7,800
Herbert has the highest completion percentage and 3rd most passing yards through three weeks. Vegas has allowed the 3rd most TDs through the air this season and the Chargers have the 3rd highest implied team total on the slate.
Anthony Richardson $6,700
If Richardson never got a concussion his salary is likely $500 higher. In basically a game and a quarter he has 13 rushes for 75 yards and three TDs. This game has one if the higher totals on the slate.
Brock Purdy $5,900
The savings of dropping down to Purdy goes a long way this week. The 49ers are 14 point favorites at home and have the highest implied team total on the slate. Purdy is averaging 18.6 DraftKings points per game.
RB
Christian McCaffrey $9,200
McCaffrey has the safest floor and highest ceiling of any RB. If you can afford him play him. It doesn’t take any more analysis than that.
Kyren Williams $6,000
Williams leads the league in RB snaps by a large margin. He has the 2nd most targets among RBs and has run 31 more routes than any other RB. He has the most redzone targets among RBs and the 3rd most redzone rush attempts. The workload is elite and he’s only $6k.
Zach Moss $6,000
Moss is another RB with an elite workload. He’s averaging 27 rush attempts per game. The Rams have allowed the 7th most yards per carry. This game has a healthy 47 total and the Colts have a 24 point implied team total.
D’Andre Swift $5,700
The question with Swift has never been his talent it’s been durability. He’s healthy now and the Eagles have shown the last two weeks that his role on this offense is secure. He has the 2nd most carries in the league over the last two weeks and is averaging 6.9 yards per carry. Even with Gainwell back last week, Swift received 17 touches. Washington has allowed the 6th most yards per carry this season. With a lack of cheap RB options I think Swift is definitely in play.
WR
Tyreek Hill $9,200
Hill has been an absolute monster to start the season. He’s averaging 11.7 targets per game and has a 34.7% target share. He’s averaging 16.7 yards per reception and leads the league in air yards. He’s pretty good.
Keenan Allen $7,900
Allen had 18 catches and 20 targets last week. He leads the league in receptions and has a 33% target share. As crazy as it sounds his target share could increase with the loss of Mike Williams. Vegas has allowed the 2nd most TDs to opposing WRs.
Puka Nacua $6,700
Puka wasn’t great on Monday Night but still received seven targets. He leads the league in targets so far this season. The Colts are bottom 10 in receptions, yards and TDs allowed to opposing WRs. I also don’t mind Tutu Atwell $5,500 if you’d like a cheaper option.
Tank Dell $4,600
I expected Dell to increase more than this in salary after last week. He had five catches for 145 yards and a TD. He’s seen an increase in routes run in each week this season. The Steelers have allowed the 6th most receptions and yards to opposing WRs.
Josh Palmer $4,000
With no Mike Williams this price is just way too low. I’m not over thinking this, if I’m not playing Keenan I’ll be using Palmer. The Chargers have a 27 point implied team total which is 3rd highest on the slate.
Calvin Austin $3,300
Austin is the only option I see this week under $4k. Allen Robinson is banged up and barely involved. After only running a route on 54% of Pickett’s drop backs in week 1, he’s run a route on 88% and 87% the last two weeks.
TE
George Kittle $5,100
Kittle is coming off a 9 target game where he amassed 90 yards. It’s trending towards Deebo Samuel being a game time decision and Aiyuk is still banged up. Kittle will have an elite target share if one of them miss and even more so if neither can play.
Zach Ertz $3,200
I know it doesn’t look great but Ertz is seeing a 25% target share and the Cardinals are 14 point underdogs and will have to throw a ton on the road.
DEF
HOU $2,900
CLE $2,800
