*All statistics and information is based on 12 Team PPR leagues*
QB: Daniel Jones, QB, New York Giants (17.8%)
I am not a huge fan of Daniel Jones, but I am certainly not a fan of the Cincinnati Bengals. In Week 12, Daniel Jones faces the Bengals with an injured Joe Burrow, who has been ruled out for the season with torn MCL and ACL. What does this mean for the Bengals? The next man up seems to be Ryan Finley who threw three completions for 30 yards and one interception 10 pass attempts. Expecting little success from the Cincinnati Bengals’, this means the New York Giants have an opportunity to have control of the game. Daniel Jones has thrown for 200+ passing yards in his last three games and seeks to keep the streak against the Bengals. The New York Giants also come off a Week 11 bye, giving them extra to add on to their Week 10 win against the Philadelphia Eagles
RB: Gus Edwards, RB, Baltimore Ravens (14%)
The Baltimore Ravens are going into Week 12, without their two main back, Mark Ingram and J.K. Dobbins. This means RB, Gus Edwards is set to take the workload against the fearless Pittsburgh Defense. Even though this matchup does not seem favorable due to how well Pittsburgh’s defense has played recently, however Edwards’ best game this season was in Week 8 against the Steelers. Gus ran the ball 16 times for 87 yards and a touchdown, resulting in 14.7 fantasy points. Now that he is the only back ready for the load against the Steelers on Thanksgiving, it is safe to say Gus Edwards is an RB3/FLEX play in Week 12.
WR: Nelson Agholor, WR, Las Vegas Raiders (16.5%)
The Las Vegas Raiders played a tight game with Kansas City Chiefs in Week 11 on Sunday night. The Raiders offense looked efficient as Derek Carr played toe to toe with the league’s best, Patrick Mahomes. Nelson Agholor has been a solid fit throughout the season and is frequent target in Las Vegas’s offense. The Raiders head to Atlanta in Week 12, a defense has shown poor performance against the pass through out the season. Agholor has had three touchdown the past five games and seeks to add on to that total against the Falcons.
TE: Richard Rodgers, Philadelphia Eagles (8.9%)
The Philadelphia Eagles did not have a proficient day against the Cleveland Browns in Week 11, however Richard Rodgers was able to grab one of Carson Wentz’s two passing touchdowns. The tight end has 10+ fantasy points the past three games of his four last games. Rodgers has a Monday night matchup against the Seattle defense in Week 12, a defense who has struggled against the pass. Carson Wentz looks to step it up in Week 12, knowing in order to beat them, he would have to do it through the air.
