2024 NFL Week 15 Best Bets
We are finally past the bye weeks as we approach the last month of the NFL season. And Week 15 is arguably one of the best weekend of games this year. We have four games between two teams that are currently in the playoffs. Here are my favorite Week 15 NFL bets.

Week 14: 1-2 (-1.09 units)
Year to Date: 26-27-1 (-4 units)
Baltimore Ravens (8-5) vs. New York Giants (2-11)
New York +16.5; O/U 42.5
Over 42.5 (-110)
The Ravens are 23-4 against the NFC when Lamar Jackson starts, averaging 30.1 PPG in their last 12. In the four games off a loss this year, the Ravens average 30.5 PPG. While not wowing anyone, in Tommy DeVito’s seven career starts, the Giants have averaged 17.1 PPG with this number being cleared four times. I think game will clear the Over in the Meadowlands.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers (7-6) vs. Los Angeles Chargers (8-5)
Los Angeles -2.5; O/U 45.5
Los Angeles -2.5 (-120)
Under 45.5 (-112)
The Chargers are 5-0-1 ATS this year at home, with their only two losses coming to the Chiefs and Baltimore. Tampa Bay has won their last three, but those have come against the Giants, Panthers, and Raiders. Justin Herbert is 10-5 ATS in his career in the month of December, and Baker Mayfield is 4-10 against the AFC West.
The first eight games for the Chargers never saw a total clear 40 points, with the Under hitting in seven of eight. The next three against Tennessee, Cincinnati, and Baltimore each the total clear 40 – the Over was 3-0 in that span. But the last two since the Monday night loss to Baltimore, we have back to back games with the total falling under 40. I think that trend continues as the Under hits in this one.
Buffalo Bills (10-3) vs. Detroit Lions (12-1)
Detroit -2.5; O/U 54.5
Detroit -2.5 (-120)
Is this a potential Super Bowl preview? Josh Allen has been running away with the MVP, but the Bills have been susceptible on the road. Buffalo is just 8-7 (7-8 ATS) on the road since the start of last year. Detroit is averaging 32.6 PPG in their 26 home games since the start of 2022, when Ben Johnson was paired with Jared Goff. I think the Lions win this one at home.
(Mon.) Atlanta Falcons (6-7) vs. Las Vegas Raiders (2-11)
Las Vegas +4; O/U 44.5
Under 44 (-105)
Desmond Ridder has 17 career starts, all with the team he’s facing Monday night. Ridder’s offense averaged 17.7 PPG in those games. Only five of the 17 games went over 40 for the game total. Enter an Atlanta team that is struggling the last month, averaging just 15.3 PPG in their last four. Kirk Cousins has zero touchdowns and eight interceptions in that span. If this poor quarterback play continues, the defenses will have to shoulder the points in this one. I’m on the Under in the Week 15 nightcap.
Outright Underdogs (.5 Units):
Week 14: 1-1 (+.12 units)
Year to Date: 10-15 (-.45 units)
Pittsburgh @ Philadelphia +205
Pittsburgh is 24-14-1 as an underdog since 2021 and won five straight this season in that spot. Since Russell Wilson became the starter, the Steelers are 6-1, with four of those as an underdog. There is disfunction in the Philadelphia locker room – at least that’s what was leaked this week. I’m on Pittsburgh for another upset.
