Winning Week 10 Cash Games On Draftkings
Cash games take a bit of a different approach. We only need to finish in the top half of finishing positions. The goal is to get the safest floor with a bit of upside for the cheapest price. Ownership is an afterthought. I tend to look for the most guaranteed touches from the RBs and WR. A floor is just as important as a players upside in cash. If there’s value on the slate at WR I’ll play the top RBs otherwise I’m looking for the most touches in the mid range. Cash games are a great way to build your bankroll and stay profitable long term.
I will say that you should ALWAYS enter your cash lineups into a GPP even if its a small one. Believe me it is not fun coming 1st in a double up and winning the same amount as the person who came in 2,000th when you could’ve won a GPP.
QB
Brock Purdy $6,500
Purdy has averaged 23.4 DraftKings points over hisblast three games. He looks to be in a great spot coming out of the bye with a 28.25 implied team total which is highest on the slate. He gets to face Tampa who has allowed the 3rd most passing yards thisbl and year the 2nd most passing TDs.
Justin Herbert $5,200
The Chargers started the season running the ball at an incredibly high rate but since Week 6, Herbert has the 3rd most passing attempts in the league. He’s averaging 33 attempts over that span. Over the last four weeks the Titans have given up the 2nd most passing TDs.
RB
Alvin Kamara $8,100
The price is elevated but the workload is ridiculous. Kamara had 38 opportunities last week. He’s had at least six receptions in five of hisblast six games. The Falcons have allowed the 3rd most receptions to opposing RBs.
Breece Hall $7,600
Breece has turned back into the workhorse for this team. He’s played an average of 79% of the RB snaps and 18.75 touches over the last four weeks. The Cardinals have given up just under 150 yards a week to opposing RBs.
Aaron Jones $6,700
Jones is underpriced on this slate. He’s in a great environment and should be in a positive game script as seven point favorites against a weak Jaguars defense. They’ve allowed the 2nd most receptions to opposing RBs this season.
James Conner $6,500
Conner has the most broken tackles this season and the Jets struggle in the tackling department. They’ve Jets have also given up the 4th most rushing TDs this season. Conner has had at least 21 touches in three straight games.
WR
Justin Jefferson $8,800
This one is simple, Jefferson is the best WR in the league going against one of the worst pass defenses in the league. If you can afford him play him.
Garrett Wilson $7,200
Wilson hast he 3rd most targets and should continue to see a healthy target share with Allen Lazard injured and Mike Williams shipped out. Wilson has averaged 94 receiving yards over the last five weeks. The Cardinals are bottom ten in receptions and receiving yards allowed to opposing WRs.
Khalil Shakir $6,000
Shakir has at least seven targets and six receptions in three straight games. Coleman has already been ruled out for this game and Cooper could miss also. Shakir should see plenty of targets against a Colts who have allowed the 3rd most yards per target to opposing WRs.
DeAndre Hopkins $5,300
Hopkins is mispriced due to pricing coming out prior to him erupting for eight receptions 86 yards and two TDs. While I don’t expect that stat line again he doesn’t need it at this salary.
Parker Washington $3,900
Washington is the pay down option at WR this week. Kirk is done, Thomas and Davis are both injured and questionable for the game. Washington could see a healthy target share against a Vikings team who have allowed the 2nd most points per game to opposing WRs.
TE
Cade Otten $5,500
Since Week 3 Otten has the most targets, 2nd most receptions and yards among TEs. He has at least eight receptions and double digit targets in three straight games. He’s priced up a bit for a TE but skill relatively cheap considering he’s been the teams top pass catcher.
Taysom Hill $4,000
Taysom is a bit of a cheat code at TE. He’s getting targets and rushing opportunities and could even see some passing opportunities. With practically all of the Saints pass catchers out he will be relied upon.
