Week 12 DraftKings Cash Game Breakdown

Week 12 Draftkings Cash Game Breakdown

Cash games take a bit of a different approach. We only need to finish in the top half of finishing positions. The goal is to get the safest floor with a bit of upside for the cheapest price. Ownership is an afterthought. I tend to look for the most guaranteed touches from the RBs and WR. A floor is just as important as a players upside in cash. If there’s value on the slate at WR I’ll play the top RBs otherwise I’m looking for the most touches in the mid range. Cash games are a great way to build your bankroll and stay profitable long term.I will say that you should ALWAYS enter your cash lineups into a GPP. Believe me it is not fun coming 1st in a double up and winning the same amount as the person who came in 2,000th when you would’ve won a GPP.

QB

Jalen Hurts $8,300

Hurts is probably the safest option on the slate mostly due to the amount of rushing work he gets especially inside the five yard line. He has ten attempts inside the five yard line which is tied for 4th most among all players. He’s tied with Lamar for the most rush attempts among QB despite Lamar playing one more game and he has the most designed runs among QBs. Thisbgame has the highest total on the slate and the Eagles are at home with the highest implied team total.

Josh Allen $8,100

Allen threw three TDs last week after a few down weeks. Prior to last week he had scored a rushing TD in four straight games. Philly has allowed the 5th most passing yards per game this season. They’ve allowed 21 passing TDs which is 3rd most.

Baker Mayfield $5,500

If you’re looking for a pay down option Baker’s your guy. This game has the 3rd highest game total on the slate. The Colts have allowed 30.6 points per game at home this season. They’re bottom five in passing yards per game allowed at home this season. Prior to last week, Baker had thrown multiple TDs in three straight games. Gardner Minshew($5.1k) is also in play for the savings.

RB

Saquin Barkley $7,300

Barkley is literally the Giants entire offense. He has an elite workload at what’s a relatively cheap price.

Joe Mixon $6,300

Mixon should see an increased workload as the Bengals go more run heavy with Burrow out for the season. Mixon already has the 5th most carries this season. The Steelers are bottom ten in rushing yards per game allowed.

Rachaad White $6,100

Fantasy football

I wouldn’t play White and Baker in the same lineup but White is absolutely Cash viable. White has the 9th most opportunities and 3rd most  receptions among RBs this season. Over his last four games he’s averaged 20.35 DraftKings points over the last four weeks.

Rhamondre Stevenson $5,800

Stevenson is coming off a season high 23 touches before the bye week. He now gets to face the Giants have allowed the 4th most yards per carry and the 7th most yards per reception to opposing RBs this season. The Pats are favorites as well so the game script should be in Rhamondre’s favor.

WR

AJ Brown $9,000
Stefon Diggs $8,800

Clearly the alphas of their team, if you’re looking to pay up at WR it’s one of these guys for me. Obviously if you’re playing Hurts or Allen you can pair accordingly.

Tank Dell $6,900

Dell has been great. He has at least six catches and double digit targets over his last three games. He has a 30% target share, four total TDs and has averaged 106 yards over that span.

Michael Pittman $6,800

Pittman has eight catches in three straight games. He has a 30% target share averaging 9.8 targets per game. Tampa Bay is allowing the 2nd most receiving yards per game and 14.7 yards per reception to opposing WRs this season.

Christian Kirk $5,700

Kirk didn’t have a great game last week but has been good all year. He’s averaging over five catches a game and has a 23.4% target share. Over the last three weeks, Houston has allowed 17.9 yards per reception to opposing WRs which is 2nd highest over that span.

Demario Douglas $4,400

Douglas has at least seven targets and five receptions in three straight games. He’s a cheap floor play for Cash if you’re looking to pay up elsewhere.

TE

Evan Engram $4,200

Engram has the 3rd most receptions and 6th most receiving yards among TEs but somehow still doesn’t have a TD. You would assume that has to flip at some point considering his usage. Houston has allowed the 3rd most points to opposing TEs this season.

David Njoku $4,100

Njoku has at least six receptions in back to back games. He had 15 targets last week in DTR’s first start. Denver has allowed the most points and a league high 722 receiving yards to opposing TEs this season.

DEF

NE $3,200

KC $3,100
