Cash games take a bit of a different approach. We only need to finish in the top half of finishing positions. The goal is to get the safest floor with a bit of upside for the cheapest price. Ownership is an afterthought. I tend to look for the most guaranteed touches from the RBs and WR. A floor is just as important as a players upside in cash. If there’s value on the slate at WR I’ll play the top RBs otherwise I’m looking for the most touches in the mid range. Cash games are a great way to build your bankroll and stay profitable long term.
I will say that you should ALWAYS enter your cash lineups into a GPP. Believe me it is not fun coming 1st in a double up and winning the same amount as the person who came in 2,000th when you would’ve won a GPP.
QB
Josh Allen $8,200
Allen is the clear QB1, his floor is basically 30 points. He will 100% be my Cash QB
Tom Brady $6,300
Brady was a popular cash option last week and only increased in price by $300. Brady has back to back weeks throwing over 350 yards. The Steelers have allowed the 3rd most passing yards and the 2nd most passing TDs.
Geno Smith $5,700
Never thought I’d ever write these words but Geno is absolutely cash viable. He’s averaged 304 passing yards and has thrown multiple TDs in his last three games. Arizona has allowed the 8th most points to QBs this season.
RB
Saquon Barkley $7,700
Barkley is basically the Giants entire offense. He’s averaged 23 touches a game and has the 3rd most carries in football. Baltimore has allowed 5 yards per carry this season.
Rhamondre Stevenson $6,000
Stevenson had 27 touches last week with no Harris. He’ll easily see 20+ this week. The Browns have allowed 5.9 yards per carry and the 2nd most rushing TDs this season.
Breece Hall $5,800
Nearly 200 yards from scrimmage last week, Hall has had at least 19 touches in back to back weeks. He’s also scored a TD in back to back weeks. He has the 3rd most targets among RBs this season.
Ken Walker $5,400
Walker will get the bulk of the carries against the Cardinals. This game has the 2nd highest total on the slate. 15 touches should be his floor. He’s averaged 6.3 yards per carry.
Eno Benjamin $4,600
With Williams ruled out and Conner likely to miss the game, we get Eno in a featured roll at under $5k. He gets Seattle who has given up the most rushing yards and 2nd most rushing TDs this season.
WR
Stefon Diggs $8,400
Diggs is averaging 10.4 targets and has a 26% target share. He’s averaged 7.8 receptions and 101.6 yards this season. This game has by far the highest over/under at 54 points.
Chris Godwin $6,100
A great price against a terrible defense. The Steelers have allowed the most yards and TEs to WRs. He’s had at least six receptions in back to back games.
Tyler Lockett $5,600
How does his salary not increase??? Over the last three weeks, Lockett has averaged 6.7 receptions and 90.3 yards. Arizona is bottom ten in yards per reception allowed.
Jakobi Meyers $5,300
In his last two games, Meyers has 21 targets, 16 receptions and 206 yards. He has a 31.8% target share. The Browns have allowed 14.2 yards per reception.
Alec Pierce $4,300
Pierce has seen an increase in targets in each of his last three games. He had nine targets and eight receptions last week. He’s had at least 80 yards in back to back games.
TE
Hayden Hurst $3,300
With Higgins likely missing this game, Hurst will be relied upon heavily. He had seven targets and six receptions last week with no Higgins. He’s also scored a TD in back to back weeks.
Cade Otten $2,900
This is absolutely my TE if Brate is out. If Brate plays I’m not playing Otten.
Zach Gentry $2,600
This is option number two based on injury. If Freiermuth sits, Gentry had six targets and five receptions last week.
DEF
JAX $3,000
CAR $2,400
