Amari Cooper, WR, Browns
53.5 receiving yards: UNDER
Amari Cooper was shut down by AJ Terrell in Week 4. The same thing could happen again against J.C. Jackson.
David Njoku, TE, Browns
7.75 fantasy points: OVER
David Njoku has had target shares of 19%, 32%, and 20% over the last three weeks. He’s become a must-start in traditional fantasy football and shouldn’t have much problem reaching eight fantasy points in a game that could turn into a shootout.
Kenny Pickett, QB, Steelers
13.95 fantasy points: OVER
Kenny Pickett may be making his first NFL start, but he’ll have plenty of opportunities to drop back in a game the Steelers will likely find themselves trailing early and often. That will open up Pickett for pass attempts and scrambles. Garbage time points count, too.
Justin Fields, QB, Bears
161.5 pass yards: UNDER
We missed on the under last week when Fields attempted a season-high 22 passes. But when a guy’s season-high pass attempts is 22, it’s a good bet to say he won’t cross 160 pass yards. Let’s run it back.
Rhamondre Stevenson, RB, Patriots
54.5 rush yards: OVER
Rhamondre Stevenson has been operating as the Patriots lead back. With rookie third-stringer Bailey Zappe making his first NFL start at quarterback, New England will surely lean heavily on the run game. The Lions have a historically bad defense and they just got torched on the ground by Rashaad Penny.
Chris Olave, WR, Saints
63.5 receiving yards: OVER
Chris Olave leads the NFL in air yards and it’s not close. Even with Andy Dalton at quarterback in Week 4, Olave performed well. He’ll continue to see targets and downfield looks, especially with Michael Thomas out.
Jaylen Waddle, WR, Dolphins
72.5 receiving yards: UNDER
Tua Tagovailoa is out and Teddy Bridgewater is in. Tyreek Hill will likely be the focal point of the passing game, meaning you have to be real confident Bridgewater can support two wide receivers if you expect Waddle to hit the over. Not to mention, they’re playing the Jets which will give Miami little incentive to let their QB2 sling it around.
Breece Hall, RB, Jets
16.5 receiving yards: OVER
The Breece Hall backfield takeover is underway. Not only is he leading the Jetsin snaps and carries, but Hall is significantly out-producing Michael Carter in the passing game. He’s also had an impressive aDOT.
Jimmy Garoppolo, QB, 49ers
28.5 pass attempts: UNDER
These are two slow-paced offenses and they Niners should easily run away with this one. What incentive will they really have to match Garoppolo’s season-high in pass attempts?
George Kittle, TE, 49ers
39.5 receiving yards: UNDER
Kittle has gotten off to a slow start as it is and now he’s in a matchup where the Niners have little reason to drop back and pass at a high rate.
DJ Moore, WR, Panthers
4.5 receptions: UNDER
Do we really think Bakers Mayfield can get the ball to Moore five times in back-to-back games?
Nick Chubb, RB, Browns
7.5 receiving yards: OVER
All it takes is one check-down and Chubb hits this over.
