Welcome to Britt and I’s Week 18 prop bets series, each week we go head to head with our props and track our past success. Each unit is equal to $5.00’s though this is merely an advisement and we strongly encourage you to bet within your means. If you think you have a gambling problem please click here to get help.
BRITT’S RECORD: 14-10 (+5 UNITS)
Happy? Sad? I am unsure how to feel about Week 18, what I am sure about is my single bet for this week. Week 18 is chaotic with teams resting players at full game or half and other players needing incentives.
CORDARRELLE PATTERSON: UNDER 54.5 TOTAL YARDS (-115 2 Units returns $8.69)
From what was a fantasy winner quickly turned back into pumpkin these last four weeks. Cordarrelle Patterson the last five weeks has gone over this number two times. Since Week 13 here are his total yardage numbers: 81, 59, 23, 13, 52. His opportunities are flat lining, since Week 16 he has not surpassed double digit carries. For this year Patterson has seen six games with less than 5 targets, half of those games have come the last three weeks. Then to add onto his lowering opportunities, they are playing the Saints, a team who still have a 39-percent chance at the playoffs. The thorn in the side of this prop is that Patterson regains mid season form and regains efficiency with his opportunities.
Thanks to the Ringer Gambling show here are some key incentive benchmarks you may want to shop around on.
-Rob Gronkowski needs 6 receptions and 80 yards to earn one million dollars in incentives. (500-thousand each incentive)
