So, I am doing the research for you.
As a weekly series, I look at every box score, track target share, snap share, and air yards. I compile all of the trends that I find useful or interesting here in order to help you make better lineup and roster decisions. Without further ado, here is everything I took away from an exciting Week 13 of snaps, targets, air yards, and trends.
Snap Share
- Javonte Williams played 78% of the snaps in Melvin Gordon’s absence
- Carlos Hyde led the Jaguars backfield in snap share 49% to James Robinson’s 44%
- Sony Michel played 97% of the snaps with Darrell Henderson sitting out
- Alexander Mattison played 86% of the snaps with Dalvin Cook out
- Jets backfield snap shares: Ty Johnson 47%, Tevin Coleman 39%, Austin Walter 14%
- Seahawks RB snap shares: Rashaad Penny 41%, Travis Homer 30%, Adrian Peterson 26%, Deejay Dallas 3%
- Elijah Mitchell played a season-high 84% of the snaps
- Antonio Gibson played a season-high 82% of the snaps
- Foster Moreau played 100% of the snaps with Darren Waller out

- Devonta Freeman had a season-high 22% target share
- David Montgomery had a season-high 22% target share
- Joe Mixon saw just 2% of the targets
- Javonte Williams had a 22% target share with Melvin Gordon out, his season high
- Sony Michel had an 11% target share
- Alexander Mattison and Kene Nwangwu each had a 7% target share with Dalvin Cook out
- Kenny Gainwell had a 24% target share
- Travis Homer had a 14% target share
- Antonio Gibson has had a 20% target share in each of the last two weeks
- DeAndre Hopkins had a 13% target share in his first game back
- Russell Gage has had a target share over 25% in four of his last five games, including 29% in Week 13
- Tee Higgins has had target shares of 32% and 35% over the last two weeks
