2025 NFL Week 10 Best Bets

2025 NFL Week 10 Best Bets

Week 9 across the NFL returned to normal after a crazy week 8. Remember, 12 of the 13 games in week 8 were decided by 10 or more points. Last week, we saw four underdogs cover outright, with more covering the spread. After an eventful trade deadline, we turn to week 10 and the second half of the NFL season. The playoff picture is beginning to take shape, but who will cause the standings to shuffle in week 10? Here are my week 10 best bets in the NFL.

Week 9: 1-2 (-1.20 units)
Year to Date: 19-14 (+3.45 units)

Baltimore Ravens (3-5) vs. Minnesota Vikings (4-4)

Minnesota +3.5; O/U 48.5

Baltimore -3.5 (-118)
Baltimore: Team Total Over 26.5 (-120)

Lamar Jackson has played well against the NFC, going 24-5 in his career. Since 2021, the Ravens average 29.4 PPG across 17 games against the NFC. They scored at least 30 in ten of those games. The Ravens defense has picked it up the last few weeks, allowing 13 PPG in their last three compared to 35.2 PPG in their first five. Add in extra rest, I like this spot for the Ravens. I’m on Baltimore to cover the number while putting up some points in the process.

Los Angeles Rams (6-2) vs. San Francisco 49ers (6-3)

San Francisco +5.5; O/U 49.5

San Francisco +5.5 (-105)

Matthew Stafford joined the Rams in 2021 and has led the Rams to a 40-25 record in 65 starts. However, he is just 2-6 against Kyle Shanahan’s 49ers, with the two wins coming by three and six points, respectively. The Rams have covered just two of those games, both times being the underdog. I think this divisional game will be close, and I’ll back the home dog in San Francisco.

Detroit Lions (5-3) vs. Washington Commanders (3-6)

Washington +8.5; O/U 49.5

Detroit -8.5 (-110)

Washington’s season has been a complete 180 from Jayden Daniels’ rookie year. Since the primetime loss to the Bears on October 13th, the Commanders have lost each of their last three by at least 20 points. Now they welcome a Detroit team to town that just got upset by the Vikings a week ago. Since the 2022 season under Dan Campbell, the Lions are 13-4 ATS coming off a loss. I think the Lions handle business and win this one, big.

Outright Underdogs (.5 Units):
Week 9: 1-0 (+.55 units)
Year to Date: 3-12 (-4.23 units)
