Cash games are head to heads or Double Ups and take a bit of a different approach than tournaments. We only need to finish in the top half of finishing positions. The goal is to get the safest floor with a bit of upside for the cheapest price. Ownership is an afterthought. I tend to look for the most guaranteed touches from the RBs and WR. A floor is just as important as a players upside in cash. If there’s value on the slate at WR I’ll play the top RBs otherwise I’m looking for the most touches in the mid range. Cash games are a great way to build your bankroll and stay profitable long term.
I will say that you should ALWAYS enter your cash lineups into a GPP. Believe me it is not fun coming 1st in a double up and winning the same amount as the person who came in 2,000th when you would’ve won a GPP.
QB
Lamar Jackson $7,300
Jackson’s rushing gives him one of the safest floors of any QB. He’s averaged 68.6 rush yards per game. He’s averaging 26.1 DraftKings points per game. And let’s not forget that this Vikings defense allowed 325 passing yards to Cooper Rush last week.
Jalen Hurts $6,700
Hurts finally came back to earth last week. In a 44-6 blowout he really just wasn’t needed. He did still have 71 yards rushing. He’s averaged 62 rushing yards a game. The Chargers give up 5.1 yards per carry which is the most in the league.
Taysom Hill $5,500
Taysom doesn’t look like he’ll be starting but if he’s announced the starter he IS the play. This price matched with his rushing ability is a perfect match for Cash Games. In two games against Atlanta last year Hill accounted for four total TDs.
RB
Austin Ekeler $7,900
Ekeler is averaging 16.7 touches a game and just under five receptions. That gives him a very safe floor. He’s also flashed his upside going over 32 DraftKings points in two games. The Eagles are 6th worst in total rushing yards allowed.
Dalvin Cook $7,700
Cook has averaged 22 touches a game with a nine carry injury shortened game baked in. Excluding the blowout against the Chargers, the Ravens have allowed an average of five yards a carry the last three games.
Ezekiel Elliott $7,100
Excluding Week 1 against Tampa who nobody runs on, Zeke has had no less than 16 carries in any game. He has 15 targets in the last two games. Over the last two games Denver has allowed 294 rushing yards.
Darrel Williams $5,700
Williams is coming off a season high in receptions with six last week. Despite his early season playing time, he’s top 10 in most goal line carries. The Packers are bottom four in yards per carry allowed.
WR
Tyreek Hill $7,900
Hill had 18 targets last week, he’s averaging 11 targets a game. He’s tied for the most targets in the NFL. He’s 5th in air yards.

Cooks has had 26 targets and 20 receptions over the last three games. The Dolphins have allowed the most receiving yards and 5th most receptions this year.

Hunter Renfrow $4,800
8 targets in three of his last four games. Renfrow has averaged 7.2 targets a game. With no more Ruggs that number will increase. The Giants have given up the 6th most receptions this year.

Bateman had six targets in each of his first two games. He also had 80 receiving yards in the game before the bye. The Vikings have given up 12.6 yards per reception which is 4th worst in the league.

Tyler Conklin $3,000
Conklin has run 29 routes a game which is 5th most for TEs. He had seven targets last week and has 128 yards the last two games.
Albert Okwuegbunam $2,600
Noah Fant had 19% target share and is out for this game. Dallas is bottom 10 in fantasy points allowed to the TE. Albert O is a physical freak with a 4.4 forty time.
DEF
LV $2,900
KC $2,300
