Week 11 Adds, Drops, Buys, and Sells

What a week! Week 10 was exhilarating but the turnaround is quick. Waivers are running and we have championship rosters to build. With that in mind, here are the adds, drops, buys, and sells to consider making in Week 11.

Fantasy football 2025

Note: Due to thinning waiver wires and trade deadlines passing in most fantasy leagues, this will be the last edition of the weekly gameplan article for 2022. In future weeks, look for the start of my new weekly Dynasty Gameplan series. Thank you to all who have enjoyed and supported this piece this season.

Add Isiah Pacheco

Despite my pleading for weeks, Isiah Pacheco remains available in about 75% of Yahoo! leagues. Pacheco has been the starting running back in Kansas City for three games now. In Week 7, he started and out-snapped and out-touched Clyde Edwards-Helaire for the first time this season, though it was by a small margin. Week 8 was the bye and then the Chiefs found themselves in a rare negative game script in what was a weird matchup with the Titans. Finally, in Week 9 we got to see the true plans for the backfield. Pacheco led the backfield with a 56% snap share, followed by Jerrick McKinnon’s 38% and Edwards-Helaire’s 6%. Pacheco handled 16 of the 17 running back rush attempts for 82 yards and an efficient 5.1 yards per carry. The key, though, is that he did not find the end zone which will help keep him under the radar. Grab him off waivers where available or make an offer if he’s rostered.

Add/Buy Rachaad White

Like Pacheco, I have been screaming from the rooftops all season to keep Rachaad White stashed for this very moment. Not only did Leonard Fournette get injured in Week 10, but White actually started the game and played ahead of Fournette even prior to the injury. At the time of Fournette’s injury, White had out-touched the veteran 14 to 11. White looked elusive and explosive on his touches. He toted the rock 22 times for 105 yards. It would have been even more and possibly included a touchdown, but White slid down in the open field after picking up the game-clinching first down at the end. White also did not record a stat in the passing game. But as I’ve talked about when touting him in the past, White is an exceptional receiver. Remember, not only did he lead Arizona State in rushing yards in 2021, but he was second on the team in receiving. Tampa Bay beat reporter Greg Auman has already said he believes White will remain atop the depth chart coming out of the bye week. As the Bucs offense seems to be coming back to life, White could win fantasy leagues down the stretch.

Add Trey McBride

The Cardinals lost tight end Zach Ertz to a season-ending knee injury in Week 11. That moves second round rookie Trey McBride to the TE1 chair. He’s had a quiet first season while working in the shadows of Ertz, but McBride was highly touted coming out of Colorado State. He won the Mackey award for best tight end in college football in 2021 after posting 90 receptions for 1,121 yards. He ran a 4.59 in the pre-draft process so we know he has some athleticism behind his 6-4, 246-pound frame. Of course, we can’t expect him to slide right into the Ertz role, but McBride is well worth a speculative add if you don’t have one of the elite tight ends.

Add Christian Watson

Do I really need to explain why Christian Watson is a priority add this week? Watson scored three touchdowns in the Packers overtime win over the Cowboys. Watson played a season-high 84% of the snaps. His previous high was 60% all the way back in Week 1. He also had a massive 40% target share which was second in the league for the week. His 164 air yards were third. We certainly can’t expect this performance again, but Aaron Rodgers may have finally found a target he can lean on. That’s a guy that needs to be rostered.

Buy TJ Hockenson

The Vikings clearly had a plan for TJ Hockenson when they acquired him at the trade deadline. In his two games with the team, has had target shares of 22% and 20%. That has resulted in 16 receptions on 19 targets for 115 yards. But without the touchdowns, he is still attainable in trades. We all know how bad the tight end position is this year so if you don’t have a Travis Kelce or a Mark Andrews, consider making an offer for Hockenson.

Week 1 targets

Sell Brian Robinson

Brian Robinson has been one of the most touchdown-dependent running backs in fantasy this year. The problem is, he has only scored twice. One of those came on Monday night in the big win over Philadelphia which will certainly help his trade value. But even in the most Robinson-friendly environment, he was still inefficient, not explosive, and completely uninvolved as a pass-catcher. This is likely the highest his value will get so sell while you can. It’s not like he’s going to be much help to your team.

Sell D’Onta Foreman

I talked about D’Onta Foreman as a sell after the first Falcons game. That call looked great when he fell on his face the very next week. But Foreman again took advantage of a bad Falcons run defense in Week 10. While he will likely continue to dominate the rush attempts, there’s little doubt that he’s going to lose touches to Chuba Hubbard. When I talked about Foreman the first time around, I was specifically concerned about Hubbard getting involved in the receiving game. Obviously that wasn’t needed much on Thursday night with the Panthers leading throughout. However, this is still the Panthers. They’ve done well against Atlanta, but they won’t see the Falcons again until 2023. They’re going to be in negative game script more often than not, which will naturally suppress the number of opportunities for Foreman.

Buy Amari Cooper

Amari Cooper is another one we talked about a few weeks back. We were looking ahead to the return of Deshaun Watson in Week 13. That’s just two weeks away. In fact, Watson is eligible to start practicing this week. Cooper is coming off a dreadful Week 10, but we know help is on the way.

Add Parris Campbell

Another repeat? Sort of. Except last time Parris Campbell was in this article, I was telling you it was safe to drop him. That was because of the quarterback change to Sam Ehlinger. And it was correct. Campbell disappeared with Ehlinger under center. However, a lot has changed over the last week in Indianapolis and Matt Ryan has been re-installed as the quarterback. When Campbell was coming on earlier in the season, it was because of the volume of pass attempts and Ryan’s effort to get the ball out quick. That was the case again in Week 10 and Campbell benefited to the tune of nine targets, seven receptions, 76 yards, and a score.
